Professional Background – Khabir Southwick, Ayurveda Doctor
Khabir Southwick is a Traditional Naturopath and internationally recognized Ayurveda Doctor with over 28 years of experience in natural health care, whole-food nutrition, and traditional herbal systems. He is a Registered Ayurvedic Practitioner (AP), Registered Integrative Ayurveda Doctor (IAD), Registered Ayurvedic Herbal Pharmacist (AHP), and a certified Professional Ayurvedic Continuing Education (PACE) Provider.
He has helped thousands of people around the world overcome chronic health challenges through traditional Ayurvedic consultations, educational programs, and handcrafted herbal products. His private consultations are rooted in Ayurvedic diagnosis, diet and lifestyle planning, and the preparation of custom herbal formulations. Since 2021, the majority of his consultations are provided on Zoom from his Texas location. As of 2025, he has conducted over 6,500 documented consultations, most of them one-on-one.

Business & Product Development
In 2023, Khabir launched HerbManTeas.com, an online store offering over 240 handcrafted Ayurvedic products, including herbal oils, ghee-based formulas, and more than 45 therapeutic herbal teas.
By 2024, many of these products became available on eBay and Amazon, making his remedies accessible to a wider audience.
Scope of Services
Mr. Southwick provides constitution-based dietary and lifestyle consultations, traditional herbal recommendations, and wellness education based on the classical principles of Ayurveda. Through understanding one’s Ayurvedic constitution (dosha), clients learn how to eat, live, and care for themselves in alignment with their nature. This educational model empowers individuals to maintain balance, restore vitality, and prevent imbalances using diet, lifestyle, and natural herbal support.
